Return/Exchange Policy

At Goat-ish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at goatishapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.

Return/Exchange Process:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
• Please securely package the item(s) being returned/exchanged and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments to ensure the package reaches us safely.
• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund/exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:
• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preferences when contacting our customer service team.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Final Sale Items:
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
