Domestic Shipping (USA):
• All orders within the USA will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
• Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
• Estimated delivery time within the USA is 1-3 business days after shipment.
• Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may vary.
International Shipping:
• We offer international shipping to select countries.
• International orders will also be shipped via USPS.
• Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal service.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities.
Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier
Pre Orders:
• Pre-order is ordering an item of merchandise before it is available, with an understanding that it will be shipped later.
• If you order a pre-order item with a non pre-order item, they will be shipped together.
• Please keep in mind that pre-orders will take 2-4 weeks to be shipped out.
• You will be charged at the time of checkout for orders to be successfully placed. There will be NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS for pre-orders.
Shipping Rates:
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the USPS website or through our website.
What if I never received my item?
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
• Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
• If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stole packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

• You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your order, including confirmation of your purchase, shipping confirmation, and delivery updates.
